Refundable security deposit

A security deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This must be paid by credit card. The deposit should be refunded on the day of your departure. The security deposit will be refunded in full to your credit card, provided the establishment has not identified any damage.

Conditions relating to children

All children are welcome. Children aged 6 and over are treated as adults at this venue.
To view the rates and information relevant to your group size, please include the number of children travelling with you and their ages in your search.

Terms and conditions regarding cots and extra beds

Pets are allowed (a surcharge may apply).

The Hôtel Porte Mars Reims Gare Centre accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily block a certain amount on your card prior to your arrival.

Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all bookings made by a customer, subject to any special conditions applicable to certain rates, and exclude bookings made for groups of more than 10 people.

Unless otherwise stated, the prices shown on this website are inclusive of VAT, per room and per night, for a specified number of people per room and for the selected date.

Unless otherwise stated, breakfast is optional and must be paid for on site at the hotel or at the time of booking. Tourist tax is not included in the room rate. It is charged per person per night and is payable at the hotel.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions of certain rates set out below, the booking may be cancelled by the customer up to 4 pm on the day before arrival, by fax, email or directly on the website.

The hotel will charge the guest who made the booking for the first night’s stay:

The booking is valid from 2 pm on the day of the guest’s arrival and ends at 11 am on the day of departure.

The booking is confirmed once the type of credit card, the guest’s credit card number, the card’s expiry date (valid on the date of the guest’s stay) and the name on the card have been recorded. If, upon the guest’s arrival, there are no rooms available at the hotel, or in the event of force majeure, the hotel reserves the right to arrange alternative accommodation elsewhere under the best possible conditions.

In such cases, the costs associated with the transfer shall be borne by the hotel, and guests shall not be entitled to any compensation of any kind or on any grounds whatsoever. The hotel may be released from its obligations or suspend their performance if it is unable to fulfil them due to the occurrence of an event beyond its control or outside its influence, as well as in cases of force majeure, and in particular in the event of total or partial destruction of the hotel, strike, disaster, fire, internal or external technical accident and, generally speaking, in the event of any occurrence preventing the proper performance of the service
